Beliefs and Values

Beliefs and values establish the culture of CBM.  They should influence our thinking and daily behaviour.  They need to be realistic, clearly stated, aspirational and universal to CBMís work.

The beliefs and values must be used routinely in policy, priority setting, decision making and implementation of all aspects of our work.  To achieve this they need to be regularly communicated within all parts of the organisation.

They must be role modeled by CBM's leadership.

We will measure ourselves against the effectiveness of their implementation.
